Pomagranate Moon

December has two full moons this year, the second full moon is the "Blue Moon". Here is the first one taken the other evening on my way home from work. It was much lighter outside than this foto indicates.

I am calling this the "pomagranate moon" because the poms are ripe and now available to us in Montana and I just had my first on of the season and because they are round and juicy like the moon!
