Mike and his dad went golfing one day and the course in CT winds through orchards, there were apples everywhere and so they brought a bunch home. We decided that we should take soem up to Maine to share.
There was also a bumper crop of apples in Maine and Molly had a bunch already, so we decided to cook up some apple gallette. Mmmmmm! We did it a few times as it is quick, easy and delicious, AND it photographs well too!
